Nothing easier! Once we've had a quick chat with you on the phone, we'll organise a video call to go through some more details about the temporary work. Following this, we will only need two work references and a DBS (if you don't have a current one, do not worry, we'll help you get it!)

Depending on the sector, the notice can vary from one day before to one week's notice. We also have a "stand-by" system, for which you give us your availability, and if a shift becomes available at the last minute, we'll call you. The standby assures you a higher likelihood of work!

Short answer - yes. When we offer you shifts, you can say no, and we'll do our best to find another shift that fits you better. No shifts are mandatory, but obviously, we commit to providing reliable staff to our clients so if you can't attend your planned shift, we require you to let us know as soon as possible so we can cover your shift with another worker.
